ARO is an active management of App Store reviews. Saving hours of processing customer reviews. Using an AI-based system to understand real consumer feedback. Efficiently removing negative sentiment. Able to bulk respond to common consumer issues. The analytics dashboard allows you to explore the latest trends developing amongst your reviews. ARO is already being used by global brands Jet2 and KFC.

 

Identity

Whilst doing the rebrand for ARO, as part of my internship at Bolser, I had to keep in mind its purpose and try and communicate this across in its logo. Being the main identifier for the brand it was important to get this right. By keeping it as contemporary and as slick as possible this would suggest its speed and efficiency for such an advanced piece of technology. After spending time generating ideas derived from varying concepts these were then refined down to the logo that is used today.
